Cryotherapy (Removal of Lesions & Blemishes)

From £50

From 30 minutes

Safe & precise removal of unwanted skin lesions using CryoPen technology

At The Lawson Skin Clinic, we offer advanced Cryotherapy treatments for the quick, safe, and effective removal of a variety of common skin blemishes. This is a non-invasive procedure with minimal discomfort and no downtime, making it an ideal option for clients seeking targeted cosmetic improvements.

What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy uses the CryoPen – a precision medical device that delivers a high-pressure jet of nitrous oxide directly to the treatment area. This freezes the unwanted tissue at a cellular level, destroying the lesion while leaving the surrounding skin unaffected.

Because of its pinpoint accuracy, Cryotherapy is particularly effective for treating blemishes in delicate or hard-to-reach areas.

Suitable For Treating:

  • Skin tags

  • Warts

  • Cherry angiomas (red bumps)

  • Milia (small white cysts)

  • Pigmentation spots (e.g. sun or age spots)

Unsure what type of blemish you have? Book a consultation and we’ll assess it for you.

Why Choose Cryotherapy?

  • Non-invasive and chemical-free

  • Highly targeted (preserves surrounding skin)

  • Minimal discomfort during treatment

  • Quick recovery with no stitches or scarring

  • Suitable for most skin types and areas of the body

What to Expect

A typical appointment lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the number and size of lesions. Many blemishes can be treated in a single session, although multiple visits may be needed for larger or more stubborn growths.

Aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure proper healing, and a follow-up can be scheduled if needed.

Prices

Treatment starts from £50 per session

Multiple lesions may require a custom quote — please enquire during your consultation.
